Dr Herald saw me on a semi-emergency basis because I had lost a filling and then as the X-rays revealed part of the tooth had also broken off also. Not only did they use the latest tools to evaluate and determine a course of action, but I was also very impressed with Dr. Herald and his staff; they were very friendly, professional and re-assuring. Early childhood experiences left me hating to go to the dentist! Finally, I found a dentist and staff who make my entire visit so pleasant. Lynn is just a fabulous hygienist. She cleans my teeth without the need for numbing gel.....pain free! Dr. Herald is very skillful and kind. All the girls, assistants and reception desk are efficient, warm and very helpful in every way. Thank you so much.

Dr. Harold and his staff was very good in taking care of my problem. They are very caring and honest. Since I was getting ready to move out of State in 4 weeks, that he would not do a full exam and x-rays with also cleaning; for me to contact a dentist when I get settled in my new home; but, he would address my issue with my tooth that is giving me a problem.

Dr. Heralds entire staff are the greatest!! No pain and lots of loving care! If you are freak out in a dentist office like I do, you need to try all services at Dr. Heralds. :)

The Dr. has the velvet touch, hardly know his fingers are in your mouth! He was very matter of fact, kind, no unnecessary hype! Very informative and helpful, easy to talk to. over all the best experience I have had at the dentists office in years! The dental hygienist was great also, very gentle, and thorough, I hope to have her help every time I visit there.
