New to the area and needed to find a dentist. Appointment made in a timely fashion and first visit was thorough in regards to x-rays, pictures and cleaning. I had a painful problem with my dental implants yesterday and the dentist who did that work for me, Dr. Mark Castle, is all the way up in Flagstaff. I used to be a patient of Dr. Herald's, and even though my dental issues were beyond the scope of his practice and I haven't been to him in years, he fit me in to his busy afternoon and took care of me. Excellent, first-class care with genuine kindness and concern. Great staff there as well.

I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment and same-day complete crown installation. Wonderful doctor and staff and a nice facility! Also, I was very pleased with the quality cleaning that I received from the hygienist and the nice, warm wash cloth that I received to wipe my mouth afterwards! They pamper their patients! Thank you!
