Many years ago I had a terrible experience with a dentist in Phoenix. To this day I have some residual fears. However I must say this morning I felt comfortable all during my cleaning and exam. Both Machelle and Dr. Harold understood my apprehension and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. I did not experience any pain and am very thankful for their quality customer service. Thank you!
