Always excellent! I always receive great care when I visit Dr. Herald's office. Receptionist is friendly, it's easy to schedule appointments, there are great techs who do the cleanings, X-rays, etc., and Dr. Herald is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Another great visit. Machelle was my hygienest this time and she was sweet, thorough and super gentle. I actually look forward to my dental visits at Dr. Herald vs. fearing the dentist like I used too. Thanks for making the experience positive and comfortable.

As before my annual exam was a learning experience. I had X-rays and the hand held X-ray device was amazing. Yes I wore the normal preventive cover but was totally impressed with what she used to take the comparative current pictures. Last years was on her computer screen and we could observe any changes immediately. Amazing

By far the friendliest, most professional dental staff I have ever encountered. The facility is clean and up to date and the staff are amazing. From the receptionist, the dental hygienists, to Dr Herald, each and every staff member is quick with a smile and exhibits a positive attitude. What really impressed me with Dr. Herald, is that on 2 different occasions, both my son, as well as myself had to have a more in depth procedure done, besides the basic cleaning/check up.
