This Pain Management Center seems more like a center for narcotic addicts than for patients who have avoided narcotics and are seeking greater functionality. All patients are required to take a drug test before every visit and answer pages of questions about their and their families drug use even if you are not taking narcotics. You can depend on a 10-20 minute wait to speak to a phone line when you call in. The staff and the doctor are curt and disinterested. He actually took the time to listen to me and read my MRI reports. His bedside manor was pleasant. Office staff were pleasant. I would definitely recommend him to others. ??
Se. Le is by far the best pain doctor I have seen, he is thorough and friendly! Has great bedside manners and really cares about his patients. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from chronic pain to come to his office.
Great doctor
Very good treatment center for Pain Management. Love the personal attention,as well as Westpark Surgery Center. The best personal care facility in my opinion.
My primary care doctor no longer writes prescriptions for pain medicine, due to gov. regulations. I was referred to this doctor. He recommend a treatment for my chronic back pain. I agreed, but called back got the answering machine, at which I left the message I wanted to postpone the procedure until the first of the year, due to my work. There was NO return call. Dr. Thanh Le said there would be NO problem getting my pain medicine, "no problem." 10 days later, no meds, no call.
He is an expert on shots in the back and neck. I don't use anesthesia and he is good at controlling pain and precise in location.
