Horrible experience! Can’t get the next surgery as required by my health insurance scheduled as you cannot reach the doctor or the office via phone or email. You need to use their call center who says they sent the messages to the office, and the office staff says they don’t receive the messages - so they just blame each other, and I am trying to get my follow up surgery this year as I have already met my insurance deductible. It would be nice if the doctor's staff knew what part of the body he treats. I spoke with a scheduler who said I needed to make appointment to talk with the doctor. I went to the appointment and asked the receptionist if the doctor treated the hands and she didn't know. I finally get called back and the medical person said the doctor doesn't do hands. This is after waiting and filling out numbers pages. I wasted my time and hope for someone to help me.

Dr. LE and his NP are awesome, they l I sten and explain everything wonderfully. The office is great! The call center is a nightmare, they will,l not let u speak to the office and if you leave a message you better call back cause they do nothing. I had to get rude just to get them to do their job.
I have never been able to reach the office directly. Calls are routed to a call center. When you tell them you need to speak with the dr, the office manager, or anyone at the office they will put you on hold for 45 seconds then tell you they were not able to reach anyone but they will take a message. Ive left many messages and never received a return call. My husband went to the office to speak to someone about it.
