Horrible office staff and unprofessional receptionist. They canceled my appointment the day of despite me telling them that I can make it. I'm sure they will try to send me a $25 cancellation fee which I will strongly dispute as I have proof that I confirmed my appointment and even called on Saturday to talk to someone to confirm again since they didn't feel confident enough in my answer the first time
Dr. Kadrie was very patient and understanding of my needs. He explained everything he was doing in terms I understood. After the exam, he took time to explain the results of my situation. I wish all of my procedures went this well.
Totally professional. Explained everything he was about to do. Then explained the results of the tests. Before I left he wanted to know if I had any questions. 5 stars !!
My score is based on the office’s poor judgement resulting in removing a patient from their practice for rescheduling.
Dr. Kadrie is very professional with excellent bedside manner. He takes time to explain what he is doing, and asks multiple times if you have questions. I have now had two EMG’s done by Dr. Kadrie over a two year time frame, and he is consistent in his quality of care. He is well worth the wait!
