My husband & I came to see Dr. O’Brien because our former chiropractor was not following Covid-19 safety protcals. The Dr. & staff are very attentive to our concerns & individual back issues. We would definitely recommend Dr. Tara and have noticed improvements with our conditions.
I came to Dr Tara in excruciating sciatic pain. I could not even walk. I had experienced this three years ago and it took me with chiropractic care (not Dr Tara) a year before I was back to feeling good. Dr Tara started a very targeted and effective treatment. I am happy to say that I am feeling good in less than two months. Not only is Dr Tara amazing but her staff is top notch and her facilities are immaculate.
I went to dr Tara through a referral from my husband. He was extremely happy with her care. I had extremely terrible lower back pain for the first time in my life. I came to see Dr. Tara due to intense hip pain. I had previously visited two orthopedists whose only options were to recommend pain management. After my first visit to Dr. Tara I felt hopeful for a healthy recovery. Through her careful treatment and the PT I have received from Tom, at Kaizen, I am pain free and rebuilding strength each day. I would recommend Dr. Tara and her team to anyone experiencing joint pain. She listens, cares, and develops a thoughtful plan to restore health and mobility.
I went to see Dr. Tara O’Brien because I had terrible low back pain making it hard getting comfortable in any position. During my 1st visit Dr. Tara listened to my complaints and the proceeded with her treatment. Even after my first visit I noticed improvement immediately. With each additional visit I noticed the stiffness and pain get better and better. Dr. Tara is kind, compassionate and really listens!! Also her staff is nice and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Tara for years, and I have been able to maintain my overall health and wellness in check. I started seeking chiropractic services for migraines. I’m visiting Kaizen health and wellness from a car accident I recently had . DR Tara OBrien and her incredibly compassionate and caring staff have made me feel so much better !!! The office is conveniently located in the town of Bellmore The office is extremely clean and the staff is always very pleasant ! I highly recommend Kaizen health and wellness to all my friends and family !
