I went to Kaizen Centre to see Dr. Tara for lower back pain that has been lingering for awhile but has recently exacerbated to the point where I could not get comfortable sleeping and day to day tasks became more difficult. I came to see Dr. Tara for chiropractic care due to intense lower back pain from a mix of bad lower spine disks and an unfortunate 8-hour drive. It got to the point where I couldn't even put my own socks on. After a few sessions with her, I was able to move about pain-free. I hurt my hip tripping down the stairs and as weeks went by it was getting progressively worse with constant excruciating pain. My friend recommended Dr. O'Brien as she did wonders for her after being hurt in a car accident. Within a month I noticed improvement and 3 months later i started noticing that my knees were even feeling much better ( they hurt due to being overweight). I am so glad I went! And the staff is so friendly and considerate - a positive experience all around!

I came to Dr. Tara with chronic low back pain. I could not stand straight without a lot of pain. Dr. Tara has relieved my lower back pain and I can now stand straight without pain. She continues to work with me to improve my flexibility and keep me pain free. Dr. Tara and her staff are wonderful and I highly recommend this practice!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience has been at this Chiropractic office. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Tara. I had terrible neck pain to the point that it was difficult for me to drive or do simple tasks. She has magical hands and a wonderful disposition .
