Unfortunately we had a very disappointing and unprofessional interaction with Dr. Anderson and her office. Our mom saw her for many years, but currently has advanced dementia. Dr. Anderson will not speak with patients or families on the phone! Making medical decisions for a loved one with severe dementia is very complicated and coming into the office is often extremely confusing and stressful.
