We went there for immigration paperwork. They over/double charged us and after I argued the fees, manager agreed to refund me but never refund me a penny. I called like 10 times and finally gave up. They do NOT know immigration procedures and do NOT know how to fill out our forms right. I had to go there several times to argue with them. They never listened and gave crap like "I know what I am doing and do not teach me."
