Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
