I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time
