How do you call me on Tuesday to schedule me and a family member an appointment and when I pull up you walk outside and ask if I have an appt and then tell me you all called all the appointments last week and cancelled because Dr. Woody had an emergency. Then you say the interns do the calling and they didnt know. If your boss has been out since last week, how are you scheduling and she has not returned.
