Dr. Gisi herself is a great doctor. The staff leaves something to be desired and their lack of compassion is off-putting. I had an illness requiring prompt attention and they callously told me I had to wait till Friday before I could be seen (it was Monday). Putting aside the staff, Dr. Gisi is worth tolerating the rest. She really is compassionate, personable yet professional at the same time. I feel comfortable disclosing my concerns and I never feel rushed in her presence.
Dr. Gisi was the most thorough doctor that I've visited in the area. She seems genuinely intersted in helping her pateints achieve optimum health and listens to her patients' concerns and questions. As for the reviewer who gave her a poor rating for her "staff's incompetence".....you have no idea of staff incompetence. If you stumble upon the two practices I tried prior to finding Dr. Gisi....you'll be running back to her office!
I love Dr. Gisi. She has been my family doctor for five years and without her knowledge or concern for her patients I would have never known that a possible terminal illness was knowcking at my door. She went on hunch and found it just in time with a simple test. I love her and I appreciate the genuine concern she has for me and my family. She is a lovely doctor with a spirit of gold.
Office staff are incompetent; never got back to me with concern.
