Dr. Hussain is the best doctor But very s***** customer service when you call for appointment.
Dr. Hussain was amazing! Of course I was worried when I first had to see someone, but he was quick to ease any serious concerns. He was extremely thorough when describing my situation and discussing my treatment plan. After my procedure, I was assured that everything went flawlessly. I also made small talk with some of the staff in the unit and everyone only had great things to say about him and how he joked around with the group. This man ( I won't call him a doctor because he does not deserve that title) was horrifically cruel to my poor elderly mom. He is responsible in part for the suffering she endured during her final days in the hospital. First of all, he did not attend to her needs in a timely way. He and his gastro team waited more than one week to address her issues which was highly egregious because we all know the elderly are not resilient and medical conditions can worsen very quickly.
