I have been to Dr. Cocoziello a number of times and have had a miserable experience on each occasion. The last time I went I had a lump on my labia, and was understandably scared. Dr. Coco came in the room, did not wash her hands, and only put on one glove. She proceeded to pop the cyst, which required the use of both hands, and then used the paper cover on the exam table to wipe the pus that came out. Very rude and unprofessional doctor. The office visit is very quick, not listens to your questions and do not explain anything. Always says that everything is normal even you are sick, does not give proper treatment. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody.
If you can call her a Doctor, Susan Cocoziello is the worst OB/GYN I ever went to. I went for infertility issues and thank God my husband came with me for support - because she was very Cold, rude and seemed to disregard all we had to say. Without any examinations right off the bat she wanted to do an Invitro without ever having checked anything else. This is not a Doctor nor a doctors' office, this is more like a drive-thru service. Leave your insurance card and get out of the way - it's the same difference.
This experience by far has been the worst ever. I went for a scheduled pap smear and had the speculum pushed so far up I was in severe pain. I asked her to remove the speculum, at which point she said it will only take a few seconds. Total disregard to my discomfort. At asked again that she wait a second, and I attempted to move off the table. She then yelled and said that if I have cancer it's my fault because I'm acting like a baby and not allowing her to perform a proper pap smear. She was very rude, didn't use gloves, ne... read more
I had a very miserable experience with this Dr. and her staff. I was rushed and she continually interrupted me while I was talking, I felt she was very condescending and didn’t listen to my concerns. I have lived and worked in a developing country and received MUCH better care there, than I did at her office. Her techniques are just as outdated as her office. I felt incredibly uncomfortable in the quality and cleanliness of the office and procedures. I felt so belittled that I actually cried after the appointment.

She is a good doctor full of knowledge in the field. The office is outdated and needs a lift. The nurses are wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend her.
We went to Dr. Cocoziello to seek out a second opinion regarding our pregnancy. She was, by far, of all the OBGYN's that we have ever encountered, the most helpful / knowledgeable. We were going through a difficult pregnancy and provided her copies of our medical records for her opinions. She spent a half hour going through all of our questions and concerns -- what is amazing is she had 2 deliveries that same night but was so concerned / courteous / sincere / genuine that she sat down with us for as long as was needed to go ... read more
