This doctor was SOOO rough every time she had to examine me. I was pregnant and she was no gentle or warm at all. First time i visited her she told me to change my insurance to another one because she would barely get paid with mine, who does that?? I really had no choice but to stay with her since i was too far along in my pregnancy to change doctors since i had originally been going to a clinic and decided to switch out. Dr. Cocoziello is by the far the worst doctor and worst professional I have ever met. After making me wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room on my 2nd visit, she informs me that she does not want to delivery my baby because she doesn't like my insurance even though her office accepts it and she is listed in network. She specifically said, "I will make less than a plumber if I deliver your baby, I don't want to deliver you baby." I have been going to Dr Susan for a very long time and she has been very helpful in all of my ailments
Dr. Susan Cocziello is by far the worst and least helpful doctor I have ever seen. Her bedside manner is terrible. She is cold and rude. She does not listen to her patients. I know doctors are very busy and can not remember every patient but ever y time I tell her anything it seems like it is the first time she has heard it. I feel that my health, and the health of my baby are in danger under here care.
She is the best doctor ever. She performed a laparosocopy surgery on me which i got pregnant 1 month later. She is really nice and explained all my concern, I LOVE HER AND HER STAFF. I WILL NEVER CHANGE HER FOR ANY OTHER DOCTOR SHE IS THE BEST........
I been going to Susan Cocoziello for a long time, but the staff is not knowledgeable when it comes to entering the proper diagnostic codes for a referral which is very important regarding the insurance company to pay the bill in a timely manner.
Have been using Dr Susie for years and have never had a problem with her/staff services. Kind, compassionate and very knowledgable. Performed laproscopy at Hackensack, OR was running late, she was prompt. Excellent services.
I had a surgery on 3/1/11 were i got cut in 3 places in my stomach area this was my 1st time that i ever have surgery and DR Susan suggested for me to return to work in 48hrs i was in severe pain and i had to convince her to allow my body to heel for a week or two before i go back to work she does't understanding & doesn't want deal/listen to what i had to say she DOES NOT LISTEN and very forgetful about what your talking about & how a patient feels after any procedure
Had several horrible experiences with her but stayed because...well I an idiot. She has absolutly no bed side manner. On 12/28/10 she performed my Myomectomy. A week after the surgery I contacted her to talk about my surgery. She did not remember me or my surgery. I had to contact the hospital for info. She preformed my surgery without requesting Xrays or MRI. I went for a second opinion before she performed the surgery. My second Dr requested and MRI and informed me that my uterus was covered in Fibriods and taking out the ... read more
