Dr. Susan is very rude and sarcastic most of the time. I had an appointment with her at 37 weeks. She walks in ,greets me, looks at my reports and tells me "You are gonna have a 9 lb. baby most probably and we have to schedule a C-section for you. I ask her nervously "Well, doc , how can you be so sure that its gonna be a 9 pounder, I don't feel that heavy". She says "Your ultrasound report predicts so. What a mistake I made choosing this Dr. because she is associated with Hackensack Hospital, which I love. I went to her on a referral from my primary doctor and should have read the reviews, because all the negative ones are very true. When i first arrived, I waited at the reception window while the girl was on the phone for a full 2 minutes without her even acknowledging me with a smile or letting me know she would be right with me. Best doctor ever I will never change her for nothing. She is the best. Thanks to her I have 2 beautiful child. & her staff they really nice and polite :-)
Dr. Susan and her staff are by far the best & the most kind people. I'm grateful to have her as a doctor. She takes her time with me and explains everything to me & if I have an questions, she always manages to help me even if she is extremely busy. She cares about me genuinely and it makes me feel great bc she is so sweet

This is the worst doctor ever , When I was pregnant with my first baby shr would never explained anything to me . Everything was fine for her . Very Rude woman . Her staff always wanted to be in my business . Broke my water without asking & Did surgery on me & told me that my baby had her umbilical cord around her neck twice and she just found that out after doing the surgey like hello my baby could of died .
