We have had a lot of experience dealing with ortho Drs for our three children. Dr Mosier-Laclair is the best by FAR. I found her very open to discussing my daughters surgery, answered all of my questions and never felt rushed. She has completely fixed my daughters ankle and ensured she will keep her college scholarship. Could not recommend her more.
I had A tendon/muscle repair in my ankle are, DR Mosier-Laclair was wonderful. She explains the procedure so I could understand and what to expect after, along with other options. I would recommend this DR, she is caring toward her patients
Dr. Mosier-Laclair performed two bunionectomies for me (both of which were considered large) in January 2017 on the left foot and in April 2017 on the right foot. She was very good about explaining how the bones had separated and how she would correct the problem and both surgeries went extremely well. I have not had any unusual recovery symptoms, but when I did have questions or concerns about how my feet were healing, she was very good about addressing the problem and giving me direction.
Dr.Mosier-LaClair talked very fast I had to ask her to repeat some things. Dr Mosier-LaClair told us my son needs surgery. When I asked her to repeat the name of the surgery she said "it will be in the notes to my doctor". She was very rude. Her scheduler Tammy made me sign a paper stating for ANY reason we canceled we would have to pay $100. I felt bullied and belittle by Dr. Mosier-LaClair's office. Went for 2 opinion to Dr. M. Caird at U of M. Was told NO surgery. He needed physical therapy
Poor services, Inconsiderate, unprofessional, overbooks. if you have nothing else to do, this Dr. may be for you.
When I went to her, my foot and ankle were horrible. It hurt to walk ALL the time, she started with different supports for my foot, but told me if these didn't work, surgery was the next step. I didn't improve, so I had surgery July 5, 2016. I had a nerve block prior to surgery, by the time I got home, and got into my recliner, my wife checked my toes. The nerve block was gone, I had zero pain, and since that day, I've been TOTALLY FREE of pain. Dr Mosier-Laclair's the best hope for you.
Dr. Mosier-Laclair is an extremely good doctor. I had shattered my left foot and both ankles. She told me point blank that in to 5 years, I would have 2 prosthetic ankles. Upon hearing this, I told her that if I did need need any prosthetic, it would only be one and it would be 10 - 15 years. Her comment was, Well I hope you prove me wrong. I did prove her wrong and 5 years latter she congratulated me on proving her wrong and said she was so happy I had. She is a Godsend!
Dr. Laclair was very informative, answered all of my questions in a direct manner, & I felt very confident in her ability to help me.
