I've been a patient of Dr. Swanson's for almost 10 years. She is an incredible physician. She is caring, compassionate and extremely qualified. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my eyes, and Dr. Swanson provides me with state of the art care. She comes highly-recognized in her field. After 45 +years in nursing, I know when a provider goes above and beyond the norm for her patients. Susan Swanson is one in a million!
Great eye Dr- my husband and I have known for years and have treated us for various eye problems, some serious. Highly recommend her and her staff. Never a problem. Yes at times long wait, but worth it in every way for eye issues.
Best ophthalmologist I have ever visited! Switched from another doctor to her and could not be happier. Staff is also friendly and helpful.
She is very hasty and extremely inefficient. Had worst experience with her and her assistant Monica. I was hurriedly convinced into putting this plug. The most important reason to her seemed to be my insurance will cover the entire cost. She put two different sized plugs which she didn't describe to me at all (not to mention her complete silence about brand)! She treated me like I didn't matter. The over-sized plug irritated my right eye for two weeks before I had it removed by another doctor.
the doctor seems nice and professional. however, She only appeared for 5 minutes during the whole process. most of the time is long wait. Even worse, I was billed something I did not ask for. I am not very appreciative of the people who work in the office. They just are very lack of patience and respect.
