I went to this office a few years ago. The doctor was alright, but the staff would juggle me around between the front desk and accounting to just get simple estimates on costs. They could never give me any answer, so I stopped going here fearing surprise bills. Also, the waiting room was a bit strange. I have had an appointment scheduled for 6 months on the day of my appointment they closed they're office do to cold weather it has been three days and I have not heard from them yet if you are reading reviews before you make an appointment don't waste your time if I could have put zero stars I would have but it makes you put one

After waiting for over 7 weeks to see the doctor, I was informed at registration that a photo ID was required. I do not have a drivers license, I am 93 years old and have nothing with a photo. I asked if I could use a voter's registration, etc. and was told no. I asked why I had not been informed of the requirement when the appointment was made. The person at the window was rude and said "sorry" in a condescending voice and then slammed the window closed in my face. I will definitely be finding someone else.

The entire staff is wonderful and helpful! Very warm and calm atmosphere. Dr Schubert is phenomenal. I highly recommend their services. Easy and fast scheduling!
