When I arrived for my appointment at the Hamill road location, the front office staff was rude and the nurse was not friendly at all. I had already decided that if the doctor was that way I would leave. Surprisingly he was anything but rude. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. I was very pleased with the care that he provided. Maybe his staff will get better in time.
