Every aspect of my surgery was well planned ... pre-op, blood work, co-vid test, the surgery and post op. I was vey well cared for by Dr. Rajan, her office assistants and everyone at the Winchester Hospital
Dr Rajan is very professional and concerned physician. She gives you an honest evaluation with options open for your condition. She is a caring doctor and I feel very relaxed and confident in her care
Dr. Rajan has a pleasant demeanor and was through in her examination. Overall it was a good experience. The only downside was waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to be seen. I get the feeling this is a regular occurrence since there are signs about time delays posted in the office. Perhaps spacing out/adding more time to patient appointments would alleviate this issue.
The staff, and Dr Rojan made me feel very relaxed on my first visit. I have MS and treated me so understanding with my disability, I was very impressed. I cannot say what a wonderful caring person she is and the staff went above and beyond to helpe.
