I was referred to East TN Neurology by my PC doctor. In setting the first appointment, I was very impressed by the communication with the office manager in scheduling for Dr. Kundu. She answered the phone immediately every time I called and answered my text questions promptly and worked around a hectic schedule of mine to allow me to be seen, even after office hours. I put one star because it wouldnt let me post without something. I took my mother in law to see Dr Kundu at the request of her primary doctor becuse she had a recent CT that showed "small vessel disease". Dr Kundu says that there is no treatment for this and that it is normal age progression. That may be the case. But if so why did they make the apointment when that is why we were refered to see him. I wish I had read the reviews before I went here. The doc never examined me. Just sat behind his desk telling me how smart he was. Laughed at me when I told him my problem with chronic migraines. He talked about his lake lot and all. Finally gave me a prescription for SLEEPING PILLS. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I was told before I left the office that I owed a co-pay of $10 the next day I checked my bank account and the wife charged me $84. The insurance company has been trying to reach them and I have been trying to reach them for a refund and still have not gotten a response. The vibe doesn’t feel right and to many red flags.
