He always makes time to talk to even times when he has patients lined up outside waiting to get in. I trust him and I have been a patient for more than 5 yests
Had to wait a long time
Horizon Eye in Huntersville Nc is the best. Dr Rouse is a very knowledgeable and caring Dr. He knows his stuff and offers the greatest care. The associates who work the front desk and assist are wonderful. A shout out to Jordan who is fantastic. I feel very comfortable with this site and people who work here for the past 2 and a half years.
My appointment was at 10:10 I sat and waited for two hours and 10 minutes no one came and said anything to me. I had to call out and miss a day of work. Totally unacceptable
Does not rush and makes sure you understand the diagnosis.
