Has excellent professional and friendly staff that have been very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had to wait for three hours until I finally saw the doctor. My time is just as valuable as his. I had an after appointment that I was looking forward to and had to miss. I didn’t have lunch until three PM.
My visit with Dr Rouse was a little longer than expected but the staff was super nice and even Dr Rouse apologized for the delay. They were crazy busy and did their best. Dr Rouse and his staff are always professional and courteous.
I would highly recommend Dr Rouse to anyone needing a retina specialist. He is very knowledgeable and also very caring.
Just watching in the waiting room and seeing how he has two customers lined up tone checked. While when he is in the room with you he always answers any questions you might have.
