I needed to choose a new pediatrician and I was hoping to find one near my house. At first, I hesitate to choose Dr Cooler because of the reviews but I decided to give it a try. Im so happy with my decision. The staff is very friendly and the service is great.
This place is a joke. Leave messages, nobody calls back.The "office manager" said they don't have appointments after school. So they need your child to miss a whole day to see a doctor. Not happening filed a complaint with the insurance company. Most unreasonable unresponsive unprofessional people that are dealing with health issues of CHILDREN!
