My service with Dr big is excellent. He's a very good urologist I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to see a urologist
Dr Bigg is very professional and extremely competent. He shows great care for his patients.
My husband went to see Dr. Bigg and he was completely useless! He had went to the ER first for extreme abdominal pain and groin pain. They did an ultra sound at the ER and told him to make an appointment to see Dr. Bigg. Dr. Biggs basically told my husband he had no idea what was wrong. Did not do any tests whatsoever. I've been seeing Dr. Bigg for 8 plus years for chronic kidney stone issue. If you are looking for the best urologist, he's the one. He's no-nonsense and will tell you what you need to hear about your issue, not what you want to hear. He doesn't smile much but his seriousness is about treating your issue.
Worst doctor ever. Stay away from him and the entire urology group.
Dr. Bigg and his RN went way above and beyond their calls of duty to make sure I was comfortable & treated properly not only by them but also another physician that had overlooked a different issue. They are top notch and very caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a urologist in the future.
