I've been seeing Dr. Bigg for over 25 years and have never had a complaint against him. He is easy to understand and very self-explanatory.
18 years ago I urinated blood. I immediately called a doctor's referral service who found Dr. Bigg. He made time for me that day. He was meticulous and methodical in his approach which eventually led to surgery. Beyond his precise surgical expertise, his judgement is astute, and he is the consummate professional. I owe him my life and would give him my highest recommendation.
Most importantly he's professional but he's also courteous and easy to talk to. The same goes for his entire staff.
