Very nice reception area and receptionist. Dr has a nice, non threatening manner. He listened well and asked questions but offered the same old thing. “Take an antibiotic” is not always a good answer when you know, from the many antibiotics in the past, that they cause you other problems. He was unaware of a newer treatment for incontinence and said “what’s that “. Good urologist. Track my PSA over the years and had biopsy performed and happy with his follow-up efforts. In addition an emergency room doctor recommended a course of action after an operation which could have resulted in damage to a bladder valve wherein Dr. Biggs recommended the right course of action to avoid that situation.
Dr. Bigg has always been professional and courteous.
I like his straightforward, no BS way of communicating. Too many healthcare providers act like they want to be your friend and seem afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear. Dr. Bigg seems very genuine and to the point. I like that.
Doctor Bigg is an amazingly thoughtful, patient and professional urological surgeon. Rather than explain herein the malady from which I suffered, I encourage the reader to Google "priapism" to better understand both the physical pain and psychological effects of this condition.
