I would NOT recommend Dr. Ball or staff. Doctor was cold, but I brushed that off after the appointment. Then I found out less than a week before his surgery the staff made an error with my baby's appointment and needed to reschedule it. No thank you! I moved to different doctor. I just feel bad for my baby who is still experiencing ear infections, but I don't trust this doctor or staff to move forward with it based on my experience.
Please find someone else, waited a hour for a 5 min visit. Was not concerned at all showed zero compassion, did not listen to my concerns at all, sent me on my way. Waste of my time currently finding someone else.
Truly enjoyed my visit. Got right to my problem, that's important to me because my time is as important as Doctor Balls time is. He was very personable, explained my problem And fixed it ..I would recommend Dr. Ball to all my friends.
