Awful bedside manner. Felt unwelcomed from the beginning. Spent time with audiologist for a significant amount of time, only to spend literally 3 min with Ball. He didn’t even provide the name of my diagnosis- “you have hardening in your inner ear that has contributed to the hearing loss.” That’s it. I ended up “googling” his explanation so that I could better understand my condition. Very mediocre, not worth recommending in any capacity.

Dr. Ball did sinus surgery for me in September. I found him to be competent and very thorough. I would not hesitate to refer family or friend to Dr. Ball

My daughter and I have both seen Dr. Ball for two unrelated issues. Both times he was cold and didn't take the time to fully discuss the issues at hand. He charged an insane amount of money to basically look inside my daughter's nose and prescribe a moisturizer, which didn't fix the issue. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Needed to see an ENT after breaking my nose and Dr Ball came highly recommended by many friends who's kids have seen him as well as the ER physician and numerous nurse friends who have seen him as a doctor. I made the mistake of reading these reviews before going and I will say I was pleasantly surprised by my interactions with him and his staff at Strongsville. He was patient, kind, did not mind my questions or make me feel silly for anything and is great surgeon as well. Highly recommend!

His bedside manner was zero. Time spent was minimal. Actually took a cell phone call before we left, never ushered us out.

I had issues with my throat, hearing, ringing in ear, fullness etc. This dr. knew what was wrong upon exam. He had me go for a cat scan. I thought for sure it wasn't what he said and Dr. Ball was spot on!!!!! WOW. This guy is a genius in his field. It is no wonder he is the head of surgery and doesn't tickle your ribs with small talk. He is very focused and even provided a smile at one point. I I am still in shock the report was what he said.

I'm 31 yrs old and have severe hearing loss in one ear. He spent 5 minutes max with me and told me I have one good ear. Did not ask me any questions. After him I went to see a naturalist Dr who spent 30 minutes asking questions like do you have ringing... Actually yes I do! Dr Ball did not discuss the possibility of tinnitus only said i have hardening of the bones not allowing sound to get in. How does he even know that after 5 min. Now i get to pay $341 for our 5 minutes with zero resolution!

I saw Dr ball years ago and he still remains the worst experience in bedside manner I have ever had. Fast forward 15 years -a friend of the family who is 17 and has to pay 100 dollars out of pocket to see a doctor had the misfortune to see him. She said she was treated like she was just trying to "get a nose job" when she is sincerely having trouble breathing. Then she shared the doctor's name - Dr Ball. Oh no, turns out he is still an idiot - providing no help, arrogant, doesn't listen.....

Spent very little time with me. When I told him I have pain and pressure when I lay on my side he told me "don't lay on your side and take a Tylenol" Did not want to listen to what I had to say. Very disappointed.
