Dr Ball was amazing very detailed. My sinus surgery went great. He explained everything and my two follow up appointment were great as well. I'm thankful I was able to be treated by him and his team everyone was so nice. God bless Dr Ball and his team!🫶
I previously wrote a positive review of Dr. Ball but then the bill arrived, YIKES! I am fully aware that doctors don't usually deal with billing, it has always been that way. However, I seen Dr. Ball for maybe 15 minutes total and today I received a bill for $16,000. I did ask Dr. Ball if the "procedure" performed in his old, run down office so generously provided by the gangsters also known as the Cleveland Clinic was going to break the bank. cannot thank Dr. Ball enough! he performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on both of my children and was wonderful and very informative.
I got refed to steven from my doctor, because i had a enlarge tonsil and irritation only on my right side, which is still a issue. I drive 40 min, get there on time, wait another 20min for him to come in, Then he looks at my tonsil, say they look fine and there is no issue, and it is most likely just because i vape and drink caffeine, then rushed me out of the office. HORRIBLE DOCTOR. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN. I have been having some pretty severe sinus issues for a few months. I then had a CT scan that showed some issues that I was referred to an ENT for. When I got to the appointment, his staff almost seemed irritated to even ask me my date of birth. So then the assistant told me the doctor would be in soon. I waited 45 minutes.
