I met with this doctor and frankly, I don't see what all the complaints are about. I will agree that he could've explained the procedure before completing them but he is probably so used to his daily routine that he doesn't think about it. However, 'jamming a scope into someone's nose without numbing it' was not my experience. I was happy that he completed the test and provided a thorough exam. A few things about my experience:1. I had 7 out of 10 pain for weeks and drove 4 counties over to get an earlier appointment & he wa... read more
Seemed annoyed that i was even there. Absolutely the worst bedside manners.Rude, dismissive, argumentative and clearly burned out!Maybe it’s time to retire…
Told me I was fine and didn't have an allergic nose after looking at me for less than 5 minutes and not asking further questions. Still dealing with breathing problems.
figured out what was wrong with me in under 5 minutes, very friendly and to the point.
Absolutely awful. If you are scheduled to see him -- call to cancel right now. His patient experience reviews on the employer website are heavily filtered. Rude. Uncommunicative. Angry. Condescending. The whole package. He was rushed and rough when performing a minor office procedure, and snorted when I winced in pain. He had no time for local anesthetic. When he is done with you, he has this move where he slides his chair over, throws open the exam room door and goes back to typing on the computer. That is your signal to le... read more
He was dismissive in anything I said. He disregarded how I already saw other doctors. He was annoyed that I asked for him to order a CT. He said “it won’t get approved, because you don’t have anything wrong.” He said this in a very insensitive, arrogant way. The notes he documented that were visible on my chart was not what I described. He simply minimized all of my symptoms and made it seem like I was in no pain at all. This is not “world class care” in any manner. He was also very rough with examining me. Avoid.
Staff was nice. Audiologist was wonderful. Dr. Ball suffers from a God complex. Rude, short, dismissive, uncaring, sarcastic, the list just goes on and on. Will never recommend him or go back. Should have researched his reviews better. Would give zero stars if it were an option.
Didn’t listen at all. Took no history, no time with me. Jammed a scope up my nose and down my throat without numbing it. Would never recommend this doctor!
I have seen Doctor Ball for over 10 years. I have chronic sinus and ear problems. He is very matter of fact and down to the point. Over the years I have been treated by numerous ENT's in the area. Some were more personable, others not so much, but none were as effective as Dr Ball in getting me cleared up and healthy.
