Dr Porter is the same nice doctor I saw over a year ago. He explains everything so you understand, and gives you several options. I would highly recommend him. I have to several people.
I have seen Dr Porter for more than 10 years. During that time he has repaired both shoulder due to torn labrum and damages cartilage. He has also fixed a broken collarbone and now a total shoulder replacement. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. He’s informative, encouraging and thoughtful.
Very personable and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong with my shoulder very quickly and informed me on the next steps.
Dr. Porter handled our daughter's torn ACL and meniscus surgery in February 2020. He was wonderful to work with, has a good bedside manner, but you know that he knows what he is doing and he gets right to it. As is typical for dealing with a practice that has multiple physicians, the office staff is a little edgy and not very friendly. However, I had to deal with the financial department as we are cash pay, and Beverly was FABULOUS to work with. She was very accomodating and took care of our issues.

Dr Porter did an excellent job of describing my shoulder issues and my options for treatment. I am excited about getting the use of my shoulder back.
Dr Porter came highly recommended from neighbors and via internet research. I am so glad I chose to see him rather than a different doctor that was recommended but had less than stellar reviews. He was able to better diagnose my shoulder beyond the obvious. After 18 months of pain, I look forward to recovery even though it will be a difficult road ahead. Dr Porter was thorough, professional and compassionate. All of which I really needed. His staff was also helpful and efficient and I was seen in a timely manner.
Dr. Porter is amazing. He is calm, listens to everything you say and explains everything in a way that even I can understand?? I am so happy with my acl surgery.
