The clinic was well run during this pandemic (Banner Gateway location) Dr. Porter was very professional and listened and answered any questions I had.
Outstanding patient care
Took a fall some weeks ago and finally hobbled in to see Dr. Porter YESTERDAY with an increasingly painful knee (and fearing the worst). Convenient on-site X-ray and thorough interview/examination by Dr. Porter revealed no visible damage nor immediate need for any additional imaging. After discussing possible causes (and solutions) for the pain, I elected to received a cortisone injection with instructions to "return and report when/IF necessary". Have been to Doctor Porter many times before. That is why I keep returning because of his professional knowledge and one on one care he shows me each time
It was extremely good.
Dr. Porter did a wonderful job explaining options and procedures, but more importantly, took the time to listen to my concerns, asked for my input regarding treatment, and answered all of my questions. He was very polite and professional, and explained things at my level of understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Porter.

The dude is engaged, attentive, patient and thoroughly answers my questions.
Most of the office staff was very pleasant. I did have a negative experience with one of the ladies up front. I drove a little over 3 hours to see Dr. Porter at the recommendation of my PCP. I felt like Dr. Porter was very kind and genuine. I did feel a little disappointed as I have long standing joint pain and issues and didn't feel like it was addressed.
