Dr Nelson is an awesome dentist, he is very skilled in his craft, he has the patients best interest in mind, he is very good with kids, and has a very good sense of humor, and seems to always be in a very good mood! I would recommend him and his team for everyone young or older.
At the end of the day, there are only two things you really need from your dentist: that he is trustworthy and that he knows what he is doing. Dr. Nelson passes both tests with flying colors, with the added bonuses of being funny and pleasant. I would recommend him without reservations to anyone.
We switched to Central Point Family Dentistry after having some problems with another local office. We have been so happy with the change! Hygienists and Dr. Nelson were fantastic(especially with our 5 and 3 year olds), the office is beautiful and they have up to date technology and very comfortable chairs. Billing is explained clearly and getting an appointment is a breeze. We've hardly had to wait for anything - getting calls back, in the waiting room, seeing the Dr, getting an appointment scheduled...we are very pleased!

I would not go to any other dentist! With dealing with such bad jaw pains and a huge fear of going to the dentist I came out of his chair pain free!!! Thanks again Dr. Nelson, and Liz!!!
Just had my regular cleaning and I was reminded why I like Dr. Nelson and his staff so much! Even from the moment that I walked through the front door I felt welcome. Everyone knows me by name and they truly care about me and my family. Thank you for being such a great part of our community and I will most certainly be sending everyone that I know your way.
My wife and I recently moved to Central Point from Portland and needed to find a new dentist, especially after I accidentally broke an onlay.
