Switched dentists this year and glad I found this place. Dr. Nelson was really great with the two fillings I needed and everyone explained each procedure to keep me in the loop. I'll gladly be back for my next exam.
5 stars. I will recommend to all my friends and family. The staff are committed to the highest of quality work and to the most comfortable dental experience. Every person that I came into contact with was genuinely interested in me as a person, as well as my individual dental situation. They also let you know all the options you have (expensive of not) without pushing any one choice. Highly recommend. Will use these guys for life.
I had such a great experience at CP Family Dentistry, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, they treat you like family and I liked that they actually want to get to know you on a personal level, it wasn’t “straight to business”, they made sure that I didn’t have any concerns, took care of everything I needed done that day and made sure I was 100% happy with my results. They answered all of my questions and were very informative and helpful, I’m glad I randomly chose this office because I picked a good one!
The staff is professional and friendly. I'm wimpy when it comes to going to the dentist, but I always look forward to seeing my 'dental family'. I get to visit twice next month. Once for the permanent crown and again for an exam. YAY!
Mandy did all my x rays and new patient paper work. She was amazing and seemed non judgmental. The dentist came in and actually talked to me like a human before getting into all his dentist talk. Once he did the exam... He went through and told me what he was talking about. Once he was done Mandy discussed what my insurance would cover. I have never had this great of an experience ever! They listened to my concerns and stresses. Thank you Central Point Family Dentistry.
This was my first visit. I had a awesome experience here, everybody was very friendly.
I was absolutely terrified of the dentist before I met this place!!!! Every staff member there is super nice and made me feel "safe". I will never go to a different dentist!!! Thank you so much Dr. Nelson and staff!!!!!
