Just found a brand new dentist @ Central Point Family Dentistry. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and they were very patient and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson. My cleaning was really affordable & painless too (Janet Naslund Hagen)! I have a major procedure in a few weeks, so I'll follow up with another review, but so far so good.
There are not enough kind words to say about the doctor and staff. From getting me and my toddler in quickly to making time to extract my wisdom tooth the same day - the staff went above and beyond. Thank you all so much!
When I first walked in and was greeted by the sweetest ladies. Everyone welcomed me in like I was part of the family. Even though I was there to have all my teeth removed, ( very nervous and scared) Dr. Nelson was kind, gental, honest and nice. I am so happy that we were referred to try Central point Family Dentistry. I will be suggesting this place to others for sure. Thank you everyone for the great help.
CP family dentistry is great! I've been to my fair share of dentists including orthodontics and the staff at CP family dentistry are the best! They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions I may have. Really easy going, laid back atmosphere as well which helps take a little anxiety away from being at the dentist. Plus You have to ask Dr. Nelson about his dental jokes!
Central Point Family Dentistry has been amazing! Very professional, with fast and friendly service. My husband became a patient there and we have been extraordinarily satisfied with his care. They exceeded all of our expectations and more. I would definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family!
Recently, I broke 2 teeth, & when I called Central Point Family Dentistry, Mandy got me in right away. Dr. Nelson did an awesome job making crowns & now my teeth are good as new! I love that he has a sense of humor & puts you at ease. I even got to watch TV during the process! Alexis, my dental hygienist, was very gentle cleaning my teeth. She was so helpful showing me how to use the kit to whiten my teeth, which worked like a charm!
The staff is amazing! Mandy at the front desk is always wonderful and very helpful. If you are in need of a great dentist this is the place for you and your family.
I highly recommend central point family dentistry to everyone. The staff and Dr are outgoing and friendly. When I had my wisdom procedure done they took excellent care of me. The next day was a Friday witch they are closed but Dr Neilson still found the time to call me and see how I was doing on his day off. I feel very comfortable with this Dental office.
