I have been terrified of the dentist since I can remember, I actually don't mind coming now. Our whole family comes here! They are very professional and so friendly, it is like visiting a friend! They are very gentle and know who you are and don't poke and pry like some. Dr. Mocrae is very total and quick while still being gentle or he gives you time if it is needed! I have been going to Dr. Mocrae for almost 30 years now. That says something right there. When I walk in I'm greeted by name and with a smile. I never have to wait more than a few minutes before I'm called in for a stress free examination or procedure. The hygienists are friendly, informative and perfectly efficient. Electronic billing is instantaneous, I can book my next appointment right away and the last thing I see when I leave is another smile. Always a pleasant experience.
