Thank you Dr. Mocrae for your excellent attention to our dental needs. My filling was literally done before I knew it. I hadn’t had a cavity in years and was a little nervous but Dr. Mocrae was so fast I never felt a thing. Thank you Karen for an excellent cleaning also. Amazing and dedicated staff! I have been seeing Dr. Mocrae for almost 15 years now and I am still impressed! The staff is extremely welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Mocrae does amazing work and is quick and effiecnt! Great dentistry!
Last week, I came to see Dr Mocrae for the first time. At the first meeting I met Jeannie who began asking me details of my benefit coverage which I didn't know the answers to. I was off on holidays last week so had the time to get a little work done. I had 3 appt last week and for the first 2, Jeannie requested preapproval from my benefits company. However, without letting me know, the same procedure wasn't followed for the 3rd appt and at the end of that 3rd appt, I was given a bill for $360! This is very disappointing, fo... read more

My husband and I just started going here last week. We both had a great experience (considering it was a dentist visit and neither of us are fond of the dentist in general!) Tammy was my dental hygienist that day and she was so friendly, welcoming and nice! We talked and laughed lots. I was super impressed with her! She explained things to me and showed me things on my x-rays that were interesting too and made me feel like I was a part of my own dental care!
