He is inviting and inclusive in his demeanor. He thoroughly explained the problems and offered solutions. Had to have carpal tunnel surgery, which was explained by him and the surgery procedure was done within ten minutes. Very satisfied with office staff, doctor and Surgery follow up.
After seeing this dr a couple times he still doesn't know the exact problem I have. But he gives me a prescription for a restrictive brace and occupational therapy so I can't work and there is no light duty where I work. But then says he will not sign my short term disability paperwork so I don't lose my job while I do the O-T and heal from a vehicle accident. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor that gets it. If I lose my job due to his ignorance I plan to sue him.
Referred to Dr. Meadows for evaluation of intense pain in my shoulder, R/arm, hand & trigger finger. My records, MRI discs & reports explained my history of frozen shoulder, SLAP tears, endochondroma & issues with my hand. He was brash & condescending, said the X-rays showed "no damage", did a remedial exam, refused to order a new MRI to investigate my damaged soft tissue, & told me to "exercise". Then I was dismissed. He is the WORST doctor (& I've been treated by many) I have ever been to.
Due to a slip and fall, I had massive damage to my rotator cuff. In all my visits with Dr. Meadows, he was so pleasant, and took his time to explain what was needed and how I was to proceed from that point. He patiently answered all questions I had, and never rushed me. He truly performed a miracle surgery, in my case, and I am eternally grateful.
I waited over 2 weeks to see Dr. Meadows, but because of his reputation, I was happy to wait. I tore my rotator cuff in January, and it has been a painfully horrific experience. I brought my MRI with me, and was looking forward to Dr. Meadow's professional guidance along with a demeanor that showed warmth and concern for a patient. Instead, I met an arrogant doctor who asked me to perform ROM exercises knowing that they would be painful for me to perform. I am now in worse pain than before!
