3 months to get in.Stained chairs.Staff very helpful, Insurance hit for 18.000 x-rays blood work.Looked at Laptop typing 95% during visits & texting.Reading me results and kept asking me was it the right side or left side wth?.I had to look up terms used at home online.Maybe she is overworked and needs an assistant.I Went to spine specialist 2 herniated disc in neck one pressing spinal cord overlooked and much more.Explains a lot I tried to tell her.
What a horrible Doctor!! Very short and uncaring! Very poor bedside manor!!! Her support staff is the same!! Very rude!! Takes forever to get calls returned... If ever returned at all!! Then they lie about things when they do call you back!! Would strongly discourage anyone from see this office or Doctor!!!
Worst rheumatologist I have seen still to this day, and even after my 20 yrs w ra/psa. Even though it was a couple years ago, I will unfortunately never forget some unprofessional things she said. A sweet doc who is a great listener is usually rare and highly worthy of praise, however...when mixed with zero common sense and illogical treatments, I had to find help and have but am forever fearful of any others like her.
Dr. Hennigan listens to you and works with you on your wellness plan. She is easy to talk to and very comforting. I never have to wait long and the staff is wonderful.
