One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a Dr. She was curt, impatient & rushed, was condescending & dismissive of everything I said re: symptoms, had not read my records, and made incorrect diagnosis. I should have walked out. Told me to quit taking meds prescribed by my pcp which sent me into a hellish flare.
The office is prompt and you never have to wait a long period of time. Staff is friendly and kind. Glad she always do blood work before I leave the office and gives me results. Dr. Hennigan will discuss anything you have a question about regarding your illness.
Awful! I work for an Urgent Care and would refer to this Physician but after a terrible experience I just had with my mothers maintenance meds never again! I trusted this physicians care that I personally referred my own mother. It takes about 1-2 months to schedule an appointment and if you run out of medication before than they will not fill without a follow up. They would not even refill one weeks worth until her follow up visit. Never referring to her!
Worst experience at a doctors office. The staff is extremely rude and the doctor doesn't spend any time with you to diagnose you correctly! I was MISDIAGNOSED with Ankylosing Spondylitis when I actually had Fibromyalgia! I've been injecting my body with poison for 8 months for no reason at all! Good luck getting them to answer the phone if you're an existing patient, they have caller ID and screen calls. I've heard them speak negatively about patients calling, from the waiting room area!
I have been seeing Dr.Hennigan for awhile now..she is the best doctor I have ever had ,she is compassionate and has helped me so much.Spends appropriate amount if time if not more I talked alot ,ask questions,she listens and answers.im forever grateful. highly recommend her.
I was a patient of Dr. H for several years when she was in Richardson. She diagnosed my problem and treated me very well and when she moved to Rockwall her patient base increased and the staff got bad.I had to change Dr's. because the staff was horrible not returning phone calls especially two times I needed to change an appointment and left messages to reschedule and then I get told about missing an appointment and they claim they never got a call. I wasn't going to let it happen a third time.
I've been a pt for over a year & have watched her decline in patient care. The appts are extremely rushed lasting 2-3 mins tops. She has horrible bedside manner & never looks up from typing on her laptop or texting. Very impersonal. It's obvious that she's only interested in the quantity of pts (money) vs quality of pt care. The front office staff is rude. The medical assts are friendly & the only positives. It's so unfortunate to see a dr that's only motivation is money.
