Dr. Foster did my brow lift and eyelid surgery about 5 years ago. He is a perfectionist and very caring physician. His staff is professional, friendly and puts you at ease in what can be a very stressful time. I was so happy with my results I had my sons nasal surgery also done by Dr. Foster. Dr.Foster is the best there is. You will not find another Doctor as caring and compassionate as he is. He shows his patients respect and listens to what you have to say. I went to Dr. Foster in his Greenwich office and was pleased with the staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the outcome. I had the Smart Lipo procedure on my midsection. After having had three children, I had a good amount of fat and sagging skin in my midsection. I was not willing to undergo full anesthesia. I agree with the other review. Dr. Foster should NOT be used for any kind of cosmetic surgery. I actually really lucked out. I was scheduled to have Smartlipo with him and had gone through all the pre-surgical testing and preparation. It was a big decision and I scheduled time off work to recover. On the morning of the surgery, Dr. Foster called to cancel the surgery and said he could not do it and would refund my money. I don't know why because he just hung up the phone. Please do not use this doctor for any cosmetic surgery! I have been going to Medspa 1064 in Glastonbury for several years and decided to see Dr. Foster when he joined them. Worst mistake! My appts. were canceled or moved several times b/c he overschedules so I finally had procedures done one weekend in his Waturbury office. The office was dirty.
