She listens and works together with you versus just telling you what she will or will not do for you.
She is very unprofessional. I was very taken aback by her too big clonking stilettos and club attire dress...dress how you want, fine, but she wasn’t very proactive in my husbands plan of care or health complaints, didn’t refer him or treat him for any of his issues. doesn’t listen or care. Thankfully I began working for a great doctor who specializes in what my husband needed and he is doing great now no thanks to her. I don’t know how she ever became a doctor but I guess C’s get degrees too.
worst experience ever with a doctor. She's arrogant, conceited, judgemental and just plain cold to the Bone. she'll leave you feeling uncomfortable every time you see her. God bless the patients that still have to see her.
This is one of the worst doctors in Toledo. Terribly unprofessional and a bedside manner of a dying tree.
Office staff are great and try to make up for Dr.Bowen always being late and rushed, but it's not enough. She doesn't listen, has actually raised her voice at me when I ask questions, makes wrong diagnoses, and I have seen her lose her temper at students she is supposed to be training. Is very quick to hand out medications. Worst doctor I ever had.
Dr. Bowen has always always treated me with respect. She gets all of my family members in within a timely manner. She is not warm and fuzzy but she definitely makes you feel important and listens to your issues. She cares about her patients and their needs. She's wonderful with my children. I feel comfortable confiding in her as does my husband. The nicest most down to Earth professional I have been to! I have recommended her to friends and family.
I went to Dr. Bowen's office for the first time today for my chronic illness. She refused to see me because she claimed I offended her with my smell. Patients like myself whom have been diagnosed with severe depression on top of a chronic illness often have trouble with things like hygiene. I, like the others, do my best. I thought a physician would understand this, but I was wrong. Instead, she kicked me out, doubled over in pain. Be careful putting your family in her care.
Dr. Bowen listens to what my issues are and then will do what it takes to find out the cause. While the wait times can be sometimes long, it is worth it to get to the bottom of an issue.
