This visit with Dr. Johnson was very helpful. She heard my concerns and agreed to provide a solution. That’s what you need from a physician. Listen, review and develop a plan or solution.
I have had my frustrations with this location (waiting over an hour to be seen, lack of good communication, cancelling appointments last minute). But, Dr. Johnson makes up for it in how personal and caring she is in her interactions.
Dr S Johnson is simply amazing. I have been going to her for over 25 years. However, I can’t say the same thing for the staff. The staff changes like the weather. The check in and out very slow. I specifically made an appointment on the phone for Dr Johnson and I got the PA. The medical asst acted like she didn’t want to be at work maybe she was not feeling well I don’t know. After all these years, I really don’t want to change physician.
Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and a half before I was called back for my appointment. People that came into the office well after MY scheduled appointment time were called back before me as I waited and waited in the waiting room. No one at the front desk acknowledged my long wait, provided any explanation or apologized.
Dr. Johnson is absolutely amazing. Highly Recommend
