I was very disappointed. When a business is planning and has a specific date for a photo shoot and the dentist does not even have time to see a patient, I find this in very poor taste. I realize this is the first time this has happened to me but, at least, please cancel the appointment and reschedule my appointment when you have time for me. Dear Linda, Thank you so much for your honest evaluation of our performance last week. We sincerely apologize for leaving you dissatisfied. The photo shoot you are referring to was rescheduled by the publisher multiple times and to be honest we really just wanted it completed. We were told it would be very discreet and "little disruption to our schedule". Apparently that did not happen in your case.
