Dr. Jay is superb: good spirited, thorough, explains everything, listens to my concerns. Add to that a fabulous staff that are so responsive and professional and you can't go wrong. I actually look forward to going to the doctor.

I hadn't been to a dermatologist in over 2 years, so I went in for a full body scan. Dr. Jay was referred by my primary care physician. The front office staff was very friendly, and I didn't have to wait long. As the title says, Dr. Jay was competent, friendly, and efficient! She quickly examined various areas of my skin, including my scalp and behind my ears, down to my feet. She described what she saw as she went and assured me that everything looked normal. I plan to see her again in a year.

I bought a very expensive skin system, ran out of one of the items and was told initially to just call to come in for a refill. So far it has been one week and I still do not have the medicine. The receptionist did not listen to or understand what I wanted. When I finally got through to her I was told they were closed the next day so I had to wait until Monday. I called on Monday (today) and was told they were closing in 15 minutes.Dr Jay is great. As for her office staff, not impressed.
