My daughter had an appointment scheduled for today, once we got to the place there was a notice on the door stating that the office permanently closed and that they had moved to another location, called them multiple times and no answer. They have a very poor customer service and none of their info is correct, be careful if you schedule an appointment with them.
Fantastic OBGYN! She makes you feel so comfortable and she is super knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Facey for any women's health needs. She and her staff are amazing!
I've been coming to Dr.Facey since I was about 17 and I'm now 29 with my first kid so I've seen the transition through the years. Honestly i have nothing bad to say, starting with the staff Ms. Kateva and Ms.Charlene are amazing and super helpful. Appointments haven't been an issue for me and if I need any referrals they always help get things straight for me. Dr.Facey is THOROUGH so maybe that's why everybody is complaining of the wait time.
